Alltech recently launched their new Equine Heroes campaign.
It features a Facebook page where members of the equestrian community can nominate ‘Equine Heroes’ who will then be in with a chance of winning hampers, vouchers, merchandise and event tickets each month. In addition there is also the Equine Heroes website which features content such as news from the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2014 in Normandy, digestive health resources and an ask-the-expert forum. For Alltech the ‘Equine Hero’ is the caring, hardworking, under-recognised horse lover, the individual who goes the extra mile to help their peers or family enjoy the fruits of their horsey endeavours – these heroes are all around us – the farrier who endures chronic backache to continue his craft; the mother who plaits and prepares show ponies at 6am and many others like them.
