To celebrate their brand-new PopUp shop in the city centre, Norwich Business Improvement District (BID) has teamed up with Redwings Horse Sanctuary to announce a fantastic colouring competition for children of primary age.
Budding young artists can download a picture of a horse or donkey from the following link: http://www.popupnorwich.co.uk/
From Saturday 8th June, a selection of the pictures will be on display at PopUp Norwich on Castle Meadow (formerly Maplin) which is open Monday to Saturday every week. Redwings currently has a store within the PopUp Norwich store as well as its permanent Norfolk visitor centres near Great Yarmouth and Aylsham. Full details can be found at www.redwings.org.uk/adopting.
Redwings Retail Manager Gareth Austin-Mills said: “We are loving being part of the PopUp shop in Norwich and now we will get to see all the fantastic artwork it’s generated too! We are so thankful to Norwich BID for all their support and we can’t wait to see those pictures!”
Martin Blackwell, Business and Operations Manager, Norwich BID said, “Popups have become a 21st century model for retailing, and we are excited to offer this opportunity to Norwich start-ups. PopUp Norwich provides a low cost and low risk opportunity for entrepreneurs to experiment and test the market.”
